In an age when selling a million doesn’t quite cut it, it looks like Naughty Dog’s latest release is doing quite well.

SCEA has announced today that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has broken records. The company has revealed that the highly regarded fourth installment into the beloved franchise, putting a close to Nathan Drake’s lengthy adventures, has sold over 2.7 million copies worldwide through both physical and digital means.

This is just in its first week, combining all sales as of May 16, so it definitely has gone much further than 3 million. They have also revealed that this is now the PlayStation 4’s fastest selling first party title in both North America and Europe. With numbers such as these, it’s unlikely SCEA will abandoned the Uncharted brand anytime soon.
